My wife’s cousin in law has pre arranged appointment here. There’s even a text message or notification that we need to be there before the appointment time. And obviously we are there 10 mins before the appt. And then nek minute its been an hour now, and no call from staff about the appt that we booked in.

We understand that healthcare staffs are shortlist and underpaid. But they do need to understand too that pre arranged appts that we have book in advance (about a month ago), needs to be smoothly! That is why its called APPOINTMENT. It is not a one day appointment! Please!!

People like us who book appointments have arrangements too. We need to pick our kids, go to work or attend something that we need too.

Very bad experience with receptionist looks indian. She don't know how to treat a patient. She charged me unnecessarily. Even i am a resident and pregnant as well.
