Why am I getting messages on my cell phone about repeat prescriptions when I don't take the stuff you said.
I live in the Wellington area so how.did you get my cell phone number?????

After attending the clinic regularly for repeat injections for the last 2 years I was suddenly and unexpectedly charged extra for the injection and an additional swab that was not clarified in advance or stated anywhere on their website or on the clinic. This clinic was chosen because of its affordability but they sting you later down the track with a ridiculous extra amount on top of the consultation fee without letting you know as they clearly are not loyal to their repeat customers. Do not use this clinic. They would receive 0 stars from me if possible.

Very poor customer service my brother went there literally 2mins ago he is having 40 degree fever n vomiting. He could stand properly having shortness of breath he is Dr Selva patient. The girl at the reception said Dr is away n the other doctors are not willing g to see the patients. Hopeless n ridiculous

Great visit to Dr Mekala today. She and her lovely nurse could not have been more caring. Didn't feel rushed and they listened to me, more importantly they heard what I was saying. Addressed my current issue, I left feeling very assured and cared for. Thank you both.

My recent encounter with Manukau City Medical centre service left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated. It's disheartening to express that the hospital's responsiveness, particularly concerning phone calls, was alarmingly inadequate.

Attempting to reach out to Manukau City Medical centre proved to be an exercise in futility. Whether contacting the reception area or the nursing staff, my calls went unanswered, leaving me stranded with unresolved concerns. The lack of responsiveness not only impeded my ability to address pressing matters but also instilled a sense of apprehension regarding the reliability of the hospital's communication systems.

One of the fundamental expectations from a healthcare facility is efficient communication, especially during critical moments. However, this Hospital fell short of meeting even the most basic standards in this regard. The inability to connect with the hospital staff not only hindered my access to essential information but also raised serious doubts about the hospital's commitment to patient care.

Called, the call lasted 1 minute as if she was in a rush, tried to book an appointment with my doctor and they said they would call me back. no call back and when I try book online it says I'm not a patient there, Ive been going since I was a child. but that's great I'll stay in pain and look for another doctor. :/
