I was going in order to relax instead I got a massive headache. I’m deeply disappointed regarding the treatment I received from the staff during my recent visit to the Hassan II Mosque. I found them to be incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which is not what one would expect at such a renowned and revered site. In particular, my attempt to address these concerns with the so-called manager, Hasnae, was met with shocking rudeness. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she was dismissive and condescending, which only exacerbated the situation. Such behavior from a person in a managerial position is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the institution.
The problem I had was that I didn’t have the required “swimwear” because apparently the fabric of my swimsuit was not acceptable. I was like okay, no problem. I’ll buy your swimwear. She said it was out of stock. I asked what was the solution. She said: “Go to decathlon and buy one.” Miss girl I’m sorry what? Like don’t tell me what to do.
LE CLIENT EST ROI!! If you can’t understand that, then I’m sorry to inform you that you don’t deserve the position that you are in.
I really hope that steps will be taken to address this issue and improve the quality of service provided by the staff. The Hassan II Mosque is a jewel of architectural splendor, and it should be complemented by equally exemplary hospitality.

“I had a mediocre experience at Hassan2 Mosque Baths in casablanca . The staff was only average in their hospitality, and there was a bad odor in the changing rooms. I paid 150 dirhams for a bath with soap and scrubbing, but then an attendant asked for more money privately, which I refused. The initial price was already high, and being asked for additional money in such a manner was unacceptable. Overall, not worth the high cost.”

The Best Moroccan bath ive tried and my favorite thing I’ve done in Morocco 😍the Hammam was hugeeeee and the overall program from the big pool with salt water to the steam bath to the scrubs was unforgettable ❤️

A very, very bad experience that I do not recommend to anyone. Hammam closes at 21:00, and we came at 20:30, and hammam inside is empty, with between 15/20 people in it, and at the reception they tell us that hammam is full, but it is not, and this is not the first time this has happened. The problem is that you start telling them, please(lah yarham lwalidin 3afakom maghant3atlouch), we will not be late, knowing that hammam closes until 10:45, and they do not answer the Fix, even though the woman in charge answers, and when she transfers the line to the man in charge, they do not answer. A bad experience. I do not advise anyone with principles and dignity to go.
