A joke. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This is my partners doctors and the earliest appointments they had were month and a half away and when we asked for an emergency appointment they refused. He’d had 3 days off work at this point and being a teacher, this is not ok. A joke when you need help right away.
I don’t have this issue with my own doctor surgery. Needs to be sorted. Not good enough. 😡

Absolutely awful surgery, Wrong referral for my son, who has an auto immune disease that could potentially kill him, this could be sorted with a simple phone call or a correct referal...also while looking through my sons notes I noticed 3 other patents confidential medical notes had been scanned in!!!

This is the WORST Dr's Practice I have ever been with .
In the 2 years I have been with this practice I have Yet to actually see a Dr.
Doesn't matter want day or time of day it is when you eventually get through there are no appointments.! Does the Dr really exist?
It's like an interview trying to get past the reception team wanting to know everything, far too much then to be told "Sorry you've failed" all they seem to say is go to A&E , go to a walk in centre or if its an emergency ring 111 etc !
I have crohn's disease, AnkylosingSpondylitis & osteoarthritis I have been in desperate situations at times & have had no support from this practice. Desperately trying to find another practice where I'm not out of the area !

Give no stars if possible. 1 nurse and 1 dr are brilliant out of 2 practices that says a lot. Receptionists very very rude and condescending often too busy having a chat to actually answer phone. Nothing but issues with this surgery. Sister practice is adequate and has better staff.

Can never get a doctors appointment, staff are very rude. When you call you have to tell them your life story then being told no appointments (very nosey) when you manage to get one always running later 40 mins plus
Yet they take on more patients but can't see the ones they already have
All they say is go to ane or the pharmacy joke

Would give 0 stars and will be making a formal complaint! Asked to see a GP due to mental health concerns and having to stop medication due to a severe reaction. Young receptionist had booked me in with the nurse who couldn't do anything and advised me to see reception to book a GP appointment. Advised by reception the next appointment was 3 weeks I was absolutely distraught and as told well you will have to go to A&E then!!no apology !! I specifically asked for a GP appointment and gave the reason why so why the hell did someone untrained book that appointment?? I will be raising a formal complaint but really think the reception staff need training in dealing with specific issues such as mental health and how to book with the appropriate person

I'm amashamed to give you a 1 star..my partner came out of hospital last night after being in for a while having major surgery. I had to go to the surgery to make appointments for him to have staples and sutures out the receptionist was awful she spoke to me like I was something she had just trodden on.i also had to ask her about a sick note as the one he has is only for another couple of days.she said he doesn't need one so why am I asking never been made to feel so bad in all my life I thought they were ment to help and give advice not treat you so badly
