Yesterday 11.2. around 2 p.m. we stopped by your place for food (tortilla with cheese). Everyone who had this food (3 out of 4) suffers from acute food poisoning!!! you should better control what you prepare to eat!!!
Don't know how they got 4 stars, the staff are lazy. All the burgers are pre made so you get an old burger 100% of the time. And they argue when they are in the wrong.
I am a big fan of KFC; however my experience today was the worst experience ever! The French fries were cold and not tasty! And the chicken were undercooked and old, and not tasty at all! I hope I do not get any kind of food poisoning!
There were red areas and red spots all over the chicken, traces of blood, and the chicken tasted terrible! I went to the cashier and showed him the plate and he replied arrogantly and offensively that the chicken are well cooked and that he is a cook, so he knows; I also told him that they taste old and they didn't tast good, he didn't even listen! I was really disappointed! I stopped arguing with him, because it will be useless!
KFC is a worldwide franchise, and there should be food quality standards and customer service standards, which should never be compromised!
And by the way, the cashier had one of his fingers injured (he had a kind of plaster on it); yet, he served my food, which is imposes a health risk, is uncommon also not recommended in a KFC!

The experience was worst..
He humiliated me due to my poor communication in Duestch as I'm new here.
The service person was Michael and he offered small piece of chicken wings knowingly

The KFC was authentic to the ones in the US, except for the biscuits and gravy. Otherwise my experience was wonderful.
