Poor service and the worse medical experience I've ever experienced.
Your money rather than your health is their concern.
If you have no money,don't come here.go to public hospital or clinic.
If you have money,DON'T COME HERE.Go to st luke's or other private hotel.They offer much better service and professionality.

As of the moment posting this, All THREE telephone lines are down, not a single emergency line as a backup AND the online service for the hospital isn't even remotely helpful. How do you expect people to inquire properly if ALL lines aren't working? You should invest in more telephone lines.

Though they have a good facilities a fair service and accommodating staffs,their staffs and doctors are not exempted from the practice of corruption and hassling. Making Laboratory test and not being presented and explained. Declared items to pay but not received, and professional fees with no proper statements or bill, and no O.R., a practice orchestrates by some staff and doctors.

My brother had a bicycle accident that fractured his left hand. He was rushed here at 6:30 am and the first thing that was said to us was "Wala pang doctor, maaga pa kasi."

EMERGENCY DOESN'T NEED TIME!!!

My mom, then asked the nurse if they could at least provide first aid for my brother, but all they said was "maghintay kayo". Is that how you treat a patient???

We just don't have a choice since this hospital is closer to our home.

Very disappointing.

I was rushed to ER due to highblood pressure, palpitations, shortness of breath and chest pain. Good thing i have HMO to cover up all the expenses. Doctors and nurses in ER are very accommodating, and all staffs are kind-hearted and they know what they're doing. i am very sleepy after all my Blood transfusions and they let me to sleep in the ward bed, but ofcourse there's a payment for that included in the bill. If ever i feel unsure about ny health.i will never hesitate to bring myself here again 👍💯
