Really dreadful. The whole place was shaking in the wind almost like it was about to take off or collapse. The emergency doors where opening and slamming and hitting the windows that seemed like they would break any moment and right beside where kids take pictures in a santa chair, dangerous.

The staff where rude and leave you standing there for a long time. The skates hurt so bad that my daughter was crying in pain, they also hurt me. The ice wasn't smooth where your skates would get stuck in the grooves. I just got off the ice and left after 15 minutes. No point in asking for new skates or a refund as I would have been waiting for a long time to be seen.

There is also nobody keeping watch for safety reasons and the price is a bit much.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Understaffed, loads of time wasted just standing waiting on queues for tickets(even if got online in advance) queues for skates.. Arrived at 5.40 for my 5 o clock skate time. Still standing waiting at 5.10. So we lost 10 mins of our skate time. While skating they let way too many people in , it was absolutely packed!
