I visited the surgery (hub out of hours) due to feeling extreme exhaustion, explained the symptoms I was feeling. The Doctor didn’t do any observation and asked if I wanted a sick note and gave no advise about my symptoms.
Luckily, I managed to get another appointment with a real doctor from my surgery the next day over the phone. The doctor gave me some advise and discussed next steps. She stated that the last doctor from Westcotes had recorded she had done my obs- which was untrue.
