Great place. Here's hopefully a useful feedback to the owner/staff. That 'new cheese melt sandwich' you've got will stick to the take away paper entirely, making it difficult and messy to eat, and obviously no more cheese as it's all stuck to the paper. Probably worth finding an alternative solution (eg. wrap it in Al foil / non stick paper first).

Keya and Hemal is really lovely guys. They provide good service.

The new menu is so bad. The old all day breakfast (ciabatta version) was amazing and I used to get it every single day. The new all day breakfast is very inferior (why are there tomatoes in it?) and the sausage baguette isn’t great either (944 calories yet no sauce to make it actually taste like something?!) I used to visit every day and now probably won’t come again. I do appreciate the rewards scheme though which makes things reasonably good value and the staff are fantastic

It was really amazing the food taste of Upper crust Waterloo store.The Food,Service and the atmosphere was graet.I am happy to get your best service, Special thanks to the wonderful lady named Ms Tahmina for your wonderful service and as well as you beautiful smiley behaviour.
