I'm only been in one apartment in the senior living situation building or low income. You have to come through the entrance of Foodtown walk up the ramp and take the elevator up to the building I don't know if there's any other access after Foodtown closes at 12:00 a.m. at night so anyhow my friends apartment in the building is actually lovely it seems like the maintenance department is pretty much at their tenants that can call I've never seen the hallways with the word clean even the recycling room and rubbish shoot always seem clear and in order
