I moved to this building recently on June 15th. Lease start date was June 5th. I went in twice before the 15th and after June 5th in hopes of moving some of my belongings to the apartment however it was never professionally cleaned or painted. I was told it was going to be professionally cleaned and painted when I toured the apartment and it was advertised on street easy as such. When I brought this up with management I was met with professionalism and defensiveness. I was yelled at over the phone by a woman named Jessica. I had to tell her that “obviously this conversation was going no where helpful” as warning before I finally just hung up the phone. After all this drama, they finally did clean and paint but only after I myself had to monitor the management company. The experience was incredibly stressful. The apartment wasn’t actually ready for move until June 15th, well after the actual start of my lease. They emailed today indicating I should pay rent for even the days the apartment was not ready for move in. This whole experience was completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful.

If I knew management would be like this, I would not have moved here. I do not recommend moving to this building because of the terrible experiences I’ve had with management.
