I have been renting apartments for almost thirty years now and have lived in multiple buildings across the United States. Hill House is hands-down the best experience I've ever had as a renter. Haley Brown, the community manager, works tirelessly to make the entire building and atmosphere and every residence a warm, welcoming, and peaceful place that truly feels like home. She knows every resident's name, hosts thoughtful, lovely community events, and is always available and responsive. Anthony, who is in charge of maintenance, is also a lovely, attentive person, takes care of requests thoroughly and promptly and ensures that the common areas are always meticulously clean and well-kept. I feel truly lucky to have a home at Hill House and would never rent anywhere else in DC. It is truly special and one-of-kind.
