Beware, this place is very addictive. once you have experienced cok after cok, I grant you, you will be coming back here on a weekly basis. however, if you prefer to just watch posers walk around, I recommend a sauna in Manchester.

Does what it says on the tin.
Generally easy-going staff who make you feel welcome, venue is large as expected with some nice nooks and crannies. Not too much attitude among the patrons but you'll always get a bit with people. I had some good fun here. And they have a bigger coffee/cafe area than expected.
Now they gotta sort out their hot tub and steam room refurb! That's been going on for a while!

First time I’ve visited this place and although friendly, the staff didn’t inform me that only the sauna was working and nothing else.

It’s an expensive treat for me and if I had been advised (rather than walking around and finding out for myself) that most of the facilities weren’t working, I would not have paid to come in and gone elsewhere.

The outdoor jacuzzi looks like it should be part of some sort of nature reserve, something I think even Shrek wouldn’t get into.

Otherwise, when this place is all open and working it does seem pretty decent. A real shame I had this experience and let’s hope next time I can leave a much better review.

Love this place. The staff are absolutley amazing now. So kind. We always feel comfortable. Never pressured or harrased wen we visit. Out of all the saunas we have vistited this is by far the best. Incredibly clean and again the staff do their jobs well. The fact things are being revamped is also great.we always look forward to visiting. If only it was closer to us we wud be there more often x
