Same as everyone else. Parking attendant Daniel tries to extort money on top of the Spot Hero amount already paid. Has happened twice now. An then he makes you move your car over and over while you try to locate a solution with Spot Hero. Spot Hero on the other hand is fabulous! They immediately locate an alternate lot for you to use. Yay Spot Hero, Boooo Parking attendant Daniel. He's gonna have some bad Karma...
Absolutely scammy. Do NOT park here. I wasted $18 and valuable time. Absolutely gross. The company is called Atlantic something. Do NOT park with them
Beware!!!!! I reserved a two hour spot through SpotHero. Initially the attendant refused to honor the reservation and then try to extort additional money to let me leave, even though I was still within the timeframe of my reservation
