Très mauvaise expérience. Soyez prudent svp. Les arnaques, leur rôle juste d’être assuré que vous venez en Turquie. Dès que vous êtes là ça commence à changer le prix et chaque fois de demander de payer pour le ptt service mal fait. Finalement on a du refuser de leur service car on a perdu la confiance et à partir d’ici ça commencé même de monter la voix. Horrible, il nous a demandé aussi de payer l’hôtel quand on a refusé tout. Donc faites très grande attention avant de venir ici. C’est très grand arnaquers.
Ce n'était pas évident pour moi de trouver une clinique dentaire pour pouvoir me rendre mon sourire.

Sono in contatto con la consulente Sonia de Medicure da 6 mesi per fare un lifting viso e collo e liposuzione-bbl Ho effettuato gli interventi settimana scorsa con il dott.mustafa molto ben accolto. l'albergo perfetto l'ospedale ha tutto a disposizione con traduttore 24 ore su 24 visto per la prima volta il dottore ha fatto un ottimo lavoro cicatrice soprattutto perché ho paura ; non appare nulla, molto felice di aver fatto questo viaggio e di averli in medicure grazie a sonia e de.mustafa con tutte le squadre grazie tornerò sicuramente 🙏
Je suis revenu hier d’Istambul après une semaine de voyage pour implants dentaires (12 in all), dès mon arrivée j’étais pris en charge à l’aéroport, une limousine luxueuse nous attendait en directionver de l’hôtel, le lendemain début du traitement, dernière technologie dans le domaine dentaire et une équipe sympathique et réceptive.
J’étais vraiment surpris par la diversité des clients qui venaient du monde entier et qui confirmaient la crédibilité de Medicure.
Tous les rendez-vous suivants, un chauffeur se présentait à mon hôtel et me ramenait à la fin des traitements.
Mais les vraies perles étaient bien sûr Mme Basma du service à la clientèle qui m’a encadré tout au long de cette aventure quelques mois avant mon arrivée, pendant le séjour et même lors de mon retour, sans exagération, elle vous donne l’impression d’être un membre de votre famille tellement elle suit les moindres détails avec un français et anglais plus que parfait et qu’aucun mot ne suffira pour la remercier, sans bien sûr oublier Mmes Jihane et Sarah qui s’occupent de la traduction dans la clinique et qui vous attendent à l’entrée de la clinique et se soucient de votre bien être jusqu’à la fin de votre visite.
Sans le moindre doute, medicure est un choix d’excellence et une expérience qu’on peut la référer à nos proches.

Я очень довольна клиникой Medicure Turkey, хирургом и нашим куратором Олесей. Мы с сестрой делали сразу по 2 операции. Я делала липосакцию и якорную подтяжку груди. Довольна с самого начала консультаций, обслуживанием с трансфером и отелем. Хирург с хорошим опытом работ и отзывов клиентов. В клинике было комфортно общаться с персоналом через переводчика. Олеся поддерживала и консультировала нас до и после операционного периода. Теперь наши родственники и знакомые поедут так же делать операции разного направления и степени сложности под кураторством Олеси. Клинике желаю развития и преуспевания!
Achtung bei einem Abdominoplastik eingriff in diesem Krankenhaus. Meine Mutter ist dabei fast verstorben nachdem sie in Deutschland war.
Es hat sich extrem viel Blut mit Wasser gebildet.
Das Krankenhaus Haut vor Ort ihren Fehler gemerkt und haben von einer Ultraschalluntersuchung abgelassen. Stattdessen empfohlen wieder nach Deutschland zu Fliegen.
Wem sein Leben wert ist sollte davon absehen.

Q: how were the clinics?
A: they range for the most part. The dental clinic was aesthetically nice, whereas the hair transplant and liposuction procedure were done in a general hospital (no hospital is ever that amazing)
Q: did you feel safe during the procedures?
A: absolutely, a surgeon is a surgeon wherever you go. A doctor is a doctor and they hold themselves to high standards. The nurses as well. Everything was up to par in respect to their country.
Q: how was the hotel?
A: 1. amazing, it was a 5 star hotel with an incredible breakfast buffet that you don’t want to miss included. The hotel also has an Ana big pool, gym, steam, and sauna and offer hotel guest free Hamam services (Turkish bath)
2. The only downside was that it was far from the tourist area which was a 40 minute taxi ride or a 1 hour bus ride.
Q: how was your liposuction procedure?
A: I didn’t end up having it, I did blood work and had a cardiology test done and the results were that my blood pressure was to high for the doctor to give me the green light.
Q: did the doctors know about your health illnesses before the operation?
A: yes, I disclosed to Medicure my illnesses. However the doctor who I had a consultation with was not the same doctor that would perform the operation. I met the doctor who would perform the operation the day of surgery and he didn’t give the green light.
Q: did medicure refund you your money since you didn’t have liposuction?
A: yes, I received my refund after they charged me for the blood work and cardiology test ($550 usd). (The price seemed to be at the discretion of medicure management and not the hospital) I did pay in USD and got Euros so I lost some money during the exchange.
Q: would you try to get liposuction with medicure?
A: yes, if I can speak with the doctor who will be performing my operation before I fly to Turkey and discuss recent bloodwork between him and my primary care doctor. I would also like medicure to give a breakdown of cost for tests and exams in case the procedure doesn’t happen then I will know in advance how much I owe.
Q:were you satisfied with your Dental crowns?
A: yes, the doctor was very professional. With the help of my translator we talked about what smile I was trying to achieve. I chose the size, color and shape with the guided help of the dentist.
Q: were there any complications with your Dental Crowns?
A: 1. I never had a consultation with the actual doctor that would do the procedure.
2. The final teeth setting appointment was done 7 hours before I had to be at the airport which is a little scary since there can be complications or issues.
Q: Did you get a warranty certificate for your dental crowns?
A: a lifetime warranty, so I can always come back to Turkey to have the dentist fix them.
Q: how was your experience with the beauty spa for filler and Botox?
A: that experience was decent, I was able to communicate through my translator to the doctors for what I was trying to achieve. They recommended I don’t do a Texas jawline but instead do Kybella treatment on my chin. They also recommended fractional co2 laser.
Q: did you have any complications at the beauty spa?
A: the translator had multiple patients he was translating for so he was running around the hospital and was not there for my procedures after the consultation. I was able to communicate on my own through google translate.
Q: Would you recommend Medicure?
A: I would recommend Medicure to anyone who is “go with the flow.”
1. You may or may not get the doctor they showed you.
2. you may or may not have a consultation or speak with the doctors who are performing the procedures.
3. you may or may not have an itinerary.
4. your procedure may or may not be done on time.
5. You may or may not have to wait a few hours
If you can build a good relationship with your clinical representative (Diana) even though those things may or may not happen you feel you are in good hands and taken care of. They do this for hundreds of people all wanting to have good results.

Ich bin Alaeddine ich komme aus der Schweiz
Schon der 1. Kontakt mit Frau Lamis war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Deswegen habe ich auch den Mut gehabt meine Zähne in der Klinik machen zu lassen. Auch vor Ort wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Alles war super organisiert, sehr freundlich .Ergebnis perfekt.
