The moment the operation was over, their interest in my case vanished completely.

I received no follow-up communication from them whatsoever, despite the importance of post-operative care in hair transplants. I had to reach out myself, only to receive a very basic response asking me to send a picture of my head. When I did, their reply was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive—a simple “Everything is fine” with no analysis or guidance.

Now, it’s been almost nine months, and I haven’t heard from them at all. The lack of care, concern, and professionalism from this clinic has left me feeling completely unsupported in what is supposed to be a life-changing process. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice before trusting them with such an important procedure.

Completing 1 month after my treatment and I can confirm excellent work and service 5 stars hotel well located everything went very smoothly very clean and well organized clinic! polite and helpful people 10 out of 10 for the whole team.

I had a great experience with Hair Center of Turkey. The initial consultation via WhatsApp was informative and they helped me plan everything. As soon as I arrived they picked me up and brought me to a very nice hotel which was all included. But the most important part was the surgery itself. They listened to everything I wanted and were extremely meticulous in helping me achieve my desired look. They were also honest about what they could and could not do which I really appreciate. No false expectations were given. The surgery was done very well. I am a surgeon in the US and I would say their sterile/surgical technique was on par with what you’d get in the US. I’d definitely recommend this clinic!
