Most of the station actives are more suited for children and young adults. While the space is clean and well maintained, it is a pity that not all station games/activities has a designated staff to regulate safety and queue. Overall experience was enjoyable and pleasant.

The park has a wide variety of creative activities for children from trampoline to games. Best indoor playground for my 8 years old nephew.

The party is just perfect and the facilitator has done a fabulous job for 2 hours bring all 11 kids everywhere to play games that it selected by my son. Very organized and we had a blast. Room is just the right size for q1 kids and standing 3 adults . Will definitely recommend the full day play birthday party as the kids just can't get enough from 11 am to 4 pm.

Staff is very helpful to let me store the cake in the fridge since they have extended play for 4 hours.

Nice kids playground, with a big variety of activities for the little ones. Could get very busy and crowded at times and this is forming lines for the games. Parents could use some of the games ( baseball batting cage, basketball court, skate park. Quite fare price for the regular 2 hours slot. Will definitely visit again.

Super lots of stuffs to do. Bring covered shoes if u want rock climbing n roller blading. My kids are sound asleep after all the running. 2 hours are enough to give everyone a good workout

The large group of kids were throwing the large climbing blocks. Never have I felt so unsafe for my toddler that I have to act as a human shield. One of the crew members tried to tell the older kids to stop. But they didnt listen. The 3 chaperones did absolutely nothing. Then the front desk lady approached me and apologized explaining that the large group of kids was leaving soon. I left the area and return later.

When I returned another group of older kids were playing similarly. Frustrated I told the front desk that we didn't feel safe in the "toddler area" and they responded that they were NOT able to enforce their own rules. (AREA FOR 100 CM and under). However, they were able to enforce the 100 cm and up requirement by the book.

It makes sense they enforced the height requirement for 100cm and above for child safety when it comes to my older child. So why can't they enforce the 100cm and below for the safely of a toddler in an "Infant and toddler" area? Especially when the chaperones/parents in the area are not being responsible.

To be transparent. I did get a refund that they initially refused because it was "already discounted" and they are unable to enforce their own rules ( "we can tell guest what to do").
