The most beautiful restaurant in Suffolk! The food is incredible and the staff are so courteous. A true gem within the heart of Suffolk. I went with a group of girls for my birthday and it was stunning, all enjoyed so thoroughly.

Was looking forward to taking my father to his favorite restaurant on his 82nd birthday, our group got bigger (9) and we were told only the private dining room would accommodate us (lunchtime) which was fine but with a minimum spend per head!. With children as part of the party we wouldn’t of covered it so unfortunately we were given no choice but to cancel. Poor policy and poor customer service!.

There’s something about this top Restaurant almost earthy, real flavours of my childhood in Paris and Normandy that gets me salivating at the mere mention of it. Félicitations au chef *****

We have dined at Maison Bleue before. This was our second visit. Unfortunately disappointed with the food especially the Mango Millefeuille dessert which the caramel was burnt and tasted really bitter as you can see in the photo. I did politely mention to the owner and he said it is supposed to taste bitter. I don't agree with this as I have dined at quite a few places to know food tastes aswell.
This is not the standard we'd expect at such a high level.
The staff who served us were lovely, polite and good humoured.
