Worst airline in the world.
Cancelled my flight because of their workers strike.
Won’t answer any calls to reaccomdate.
I had to cancel my whole trip because of them.
Not giving refund.

I would rate this even lower if I could. A complete joke of a company. My bag that was traveling through was taken off at O'Hare and I missed my connecting flight. They refused to take responsibility and help a paying customer. I slept on the floor of the airport over night and had to throw out souvenirs for my family I had bought in Kyrgyzstan because I couldn't afford to buy a new ticket with checked bags. Complete crooks and an immoral company that does not care for its customers. I will never fly westjet again in my life and will instruct every one I know to do the same

No customer service. They list my bag and no way to find out where it is. On hold for over an hour. Nobody at the counter. Terrible service.
