Very nice cocktails! I am coming back and continue exploring all the fantastic flavours this bar has to offer. The bartender took me on a journey between Whiskey Sours, Gin Thymes and Whiskey Coffee. Really really good ones!

Saphire Bar stands as a renowned institution in the Bötzow Quarter, having successfully navigated through years without compromising on quality.

While their extensive and playful menu may deter cocktail purists, I wholeheartedly recommend exploring it to discover hidden gems.

Among my personal favorites are "Tanz der galaktischen Aliens," "Herz der Bitternis," and "Triumph der Selbstdarsteller," the latter of which resembles a delightful dessert rather than a traditional cocktail.

Fantastic Cocktailbar close to the beautiful Hufelandstrasse. This bar exists since twenty years already and offers a wide range of classic cocktails, but also newer creations. I especially enjoyed the different kind of Whiskys 🥃.
The Barkeeper ist very friendly and supportive. 🍹 🍸

Amazing cocktails, great service, cozy couch to relax and chat. Can only recommend for a fancy cocktail on Berlin in a nice atmosphere.
