Just moved into the Addison about a week ago. Torray came to fix a few issues I had with my apartment, he was polite and knocked whenever entering my space. Highly recommend!

Beautiful renovated historic building! The apartments are a perfect blend of history all in one! I really love the clawfoot bathtubs and original wooden floors- gives it that cozy "home" feeling. This place is a hidden gem! absolutely worth touring. Management was kind, informative and answered all my questions. If I would have been able to make the move to Detroit this would have 1000000% been where I called home. The views of the city from the 5th and 6th floor? You cant beat them!

The buildings run by this short guy who asks for tea through the mail slot of his door. Also, there’s paranormal activity everywhere and GINGERS that smoke weed. I also have noise complaints… there’s metal heads that make all this racket in the basement 😒

(This is a joke by the way. This in no way reflects the actual nature of these apartments. The reason I’m leaving this review is because there’s a game that has apartments with the same name.)
