I found the information here to be badly organized, confusing, and mostly uninteresting. There seems to be a lot of detail heaped around the essential stuff that really prevents you from understanding the most basic things. An audioguide might be therefore helpful.
The souvenir shop, on the other hand, was fantastic. They sell great magnets and keychains for such cheap prices you cannot even find in street vendors. That was the highlight for me.
Also, if you find the opportunity, watch the movie in the 3d cinema. It shows the scale of destruction after the nazis razed Warsaw to the ground. Very interesting to visualize.

Interesting WW2-Warsaw history museum. Very crowded. The 3D movie is not worth the wait. Needs 2 hours to explore it.

The Warsaw Uprising Museum offers a deep insight about the life in Warsaw during the occupation of German forces during WW2 and of course of the famous uprising. On Mondays the entrance is free, but beware that because of that the museum is packed with school groups and many others.
