Great bike shop with friendly service. Bought a used bike and needed the front derailleur adjusted as the chain was rubbing. The made the adjustments and the bike works great. Will definitely return for any of my future service needs.

These guys are awesome. Took 4 bikes in for a pre season service. Everything got done for a reasonable prices and I left with a 5th because of a great deal on a sweet bike. The dude ordering bikes for this place has an awesome talent obtaining inventory because damn near every bike in that place I wanted to take home.

I went into Velocity a couple weeks ago looking for pedals for my new bike and once I got chatting with Tyler he let me know they also do Ride Wrap installations at the shop. I was stoked on the news and subsequently dropped my bike off to get the kit put on and I couldn't be happier. Tyler did such a good job you can barely see the wrap, and it looks like it came straight out of the factory. Great vibe in the shop too, everyone is super friendly, no ego's and great chats too. Glad to have such a solid local shop!

The boys at Velocity are great! Took my Orbea to get a brake upgrade done and it was done correctly, no hidden or extra charges. Also asked for a last minute crankset swap since the bike was already on the stand. They were more than happy to accommodate.

Tyler is my go to wrench guy for my bike moving forward. Nice having someone who's familiar with working on a non-streamline bike brand who also happens to be an Orbea dealer!

Lastly, told them after a quick test ride the brakes felt little squishy and they offered to take it back for another bleed. Love that they back their work.
