Another flawless experience at Zuma. Super vibey and impeccable service. Upon being seated we were assisted by someone from the team, who helped us choose a sake to our taste. (Super knowledgeable and we loved her suggestion)

For the food, everything was amazing as always. A table favorite was the chutoro tartar, incredibly creamy, and pairing perfectly with the miso brioche. Other honorable mentions are the seared salmon, miso black cod and ribeye with wafu sauce.
