The lady was rude and disrespectful !
I ordered a beef noodle soup and there was a bug in my meal. I immediately requested a refund, but was informed that this was not possible. Instead, I was offered a replacement meal, which I declined due to health concerns. It was suggested that the bug might have flown into the bowl on its own, an explanation that is both unsatisfactory and irrelevant. If you don’t want to get sick DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!
牛肉米线里面有虫，我想去退掉。前台的女士说无法退，必须要重做一碗给我吃 🤢🤢🤢 真恶心！还说飞虫是自己飞进去的。难道不想吃就必须要吃吗？她还说要退款就去找security。好大的口气😅
