We came in here yesterday to purchase a few bags of ice at the recommendation of a woman who lives in the area.
First off, this place doesn't smell of fresh meat. It smelt rancid. The odor was so nauseating that I had to stand outside the door for a few minutes just to get some fresh air. When I came back in, the olive skinned woman behind the counter was telling my sister that she had to pay for the ice first. When my sister asked where the ice was, the woman said that someone was going to bring it to us. My sister purchased 4 bags of ice at $2 each on debit. We waited for several minutes before asking where the items were. The cashier says, "They're trying to find it. " I stated that "She should've found that out before charging for the purchase. Seriously, who charges a customer for something before making sure that they actually have it in stock!?"
Come to find out that they only had 1 bag of ice in the store. She had to reimburse the $6 with cash. Smdh!
