We had an overall good experience. Reserved two nights of parking through parking.com.
indoor parking with security. Staff on site takes your keys and valet parks your car, then locks your keys in a storage system where your ticket stub is placed.
We felt like our car was safe with them, which is what matters most.

I see what others have reviewed and maybe they had a bad experience, but we had a very good experience. Very helpful and very nice. I even had to go back to drop something off and it wasn't any problem.

Personally I'd recommend them. It was an inside garage. We parked there all night and most of the next day, and it was about $35. That was as good or better that than the other lots in the area that were outside lots. It was about half the price of valet parking. We pulled in, got the ticket number, and they took it from there. Easy.
