Second time visiting Brasserie Palmier at the Four Seasons Bangkok, and it was a truly exceptional experience. This charming brasserie combines a sophisticated atmosphere with a warm and inviting vibe, making it the perfect setting for dinner.

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The ambiance, enhanced by stylish decor and natural light, creates a serene escape from the bustling city.

I look forward to returning for another delightful meal in the near future!

Palmier by Guillaume Gailliot, Four Seasons Bangkok

Rating: 10/10

Palmier at the Four Seasons Bangkok is like stepping into a charming French brasserie. The atmosphere is warm and sophisticated, making you feel right at home. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, adding to the experience.

The meal started with a delightful salmon amuse-bouche, a fresh and flavorful welcome bite. The burrata with three types of tomatoes was next, offering a perfect balance of creaminess and freshness. The frog legs with parsley garlic escargot sauce were adventurous and absolutely delicious.

The main course, Turbot from the Atlantic Ocean with champagne sauce, was cooked to perfection. The champagne sauce paired beautifully with the delicate fish. Additionally, the homemade bread served here is amazing and adds a comforting touch to the meal.

Palmier is also known for its surf and turf steak tartare with caviar and its to-die-for lobster, which I can't wait to try next time.

In short, Palmier by Guillaume Gailliot delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish, the ambiance, and the exceptional service make it a must-visit, deserving of an 11 out of 10 rating.

Enjoyed the appetizers especially the frog legs and 'land & sea', a blend of wagyu tartare and caviar - both were well-seasoned. However, it took nearly an hour for our mains to arrive and desserts plating was not as refined as expected. Nonetheless, it tasted alright.

The first brunch at Palmier is a big success, wonderful ambiance and great food! We LOVE it!
