My recent visit to Cinepax left me thoroughly disappointed, mainly due to the abysmal staff behavior. While the cinema itself was decent, the service at the snack shop was appalling. There were no clear queue signs or markings, causing confusion among patrons. Despite waiting patiently for 15 minutes during the movie, others who arrived later received service before me. When I approached the counter, the staff member with a beard insisted I join the queue that apparently formed behind me, even though there were no visible indications of its existence.
To make matters worse, when I finally asked for service after waiting for two people to be served, I was abruptly told to join the queue that had formed behind me, which I wasn't aware of. This made me start over again, wasting more time while my movie was already playing on screen. The lack of organization and respect for customers' time was utterly frustrating.
This experience was enough to ensure I won't be returning to Cinepax. It's a shame because I was there on the recommendation of a friend who frequents the place. I would strongly advise others to consider Nueplex instead, where I've had much better encounters with well-trained staff who understand customer service.
Working hard the whole week and finally intended to have good time with friends on weekend, dealing with unprofessional, untrained staff who know nothing about customer experience, makes me don't want to deal with them again ever.

It's good. Better than nueplex.
In 1100, you get to experience gold.
They have discontinued their student discount which is sad.

Absolute horrible experience. Went on a Sunday to watch 2 pm show in their premier cinema which is Gold1.
1. The seat recliner buttons were not working.
2. Power failure after 10 minutes when movie started
3. After resumption of movie, the movie kept flickering and the audience kept complaining for an hour when the staff shifted the whole audience to lower cinema, downgraded.
4. In the end they simply shut the movie without completion and asked the next audience to start siting.
