After bad experiences as a patient going to other GP surgeries it is a delight to be a patient at Brunswick Surgery. The receptionists, Emma, Lynn, Kelly and Juliette to mention a few have always been most helpful. Now that the NHS app is available for appointments, repeat prescriptions, hospital letters and those appointments and so so much more, it enables admin to reply quickly to patient requests, forward on to GPs, have more time for patients, be more organized. Doctors can reply quickly to patient requests too. This surgery definitely deserves a 5* rating.
