Friendly helpful staff,had the parts I needed

Orsome help from staff as soon as you walk in they offer help, if ya don't need it they don't hang around you till you, maybe do.
I appreciate this. They are also on info about products they don't stock. Some of us can't afford some of their store goods at the time.

My wife has just brought a new phone. We know nothing about setting them up changing things over,basically anything. Luckily David took the time and sorted everything out so when we left the store we were good to go. Couldn't have wished for better service. Thanks mate.

Would highly recommend PB Tech New Plymouth. When purchasing a laptop today we had friendly, informative service and I would like to mention our Sales rep Edith for her outstanding customer service.

Currently I have a bit of a dilemma going on with this store normally they are very good and have been for many years but we will see what happens over the coming few days to how this review will change. All in regards to a faulty weather station only three months old. Well the outcome was absolutely amazing thank you so much for your professionalism. Great bunch of people Thank you for being fair.

Excellent service by well trained unbiased staff. (especially Zach) This is the second time I have bought laptops from PB tech. On both occasions the staff listened patiently to my requirements and then advised me on what would best suit the brief. Great service.

Wonderful service from the security guard to the sales reps in the store. Joseph Clarke has impeccable service skills. He helped my self and daughter to find a compatible laptop charger and took his time to make sure it was the correct charger as we brought in her broken one. Offered our feedback to ensure it was the right one also. It was and my daughter is now happy that her laptop can be charged again. Thank you Joseph. We 100% recommend shopping at PB tech again.
