15 mins spent letting kiwi-park know that we paid but didn't get the ticket. They don't even do tickets there, even if the biggest sign says so. Helpful staff though 👍

I have been a customer, renting a reserved parking spot for a little less than a year. During this time they lost the sign for my spot and it took them 15 days to replace it, didn't withdraw the monthly payment (direct debit) and double charged me with no notification and now they're charging me for a full month, although my contract is terminated and they have already issued a payment for a different amount. I would discourage people from using this company.

Avoid carparks run by this company!

I was charged for three earlybird parking tickets when the machine only printed one. I emailed them (they don’t provide a phone number) and have yet to hear back from them a fortnight later.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

The pay machine short changed me in June. I have been trying ever since to contact the owners by phone or email. No response. What a great way to make money. I’ve been ripped off

These guys are a pack of liars and theives. Avoid at all costs. I would give them zero stars but thats not an option. Guess they keep their "costs low" by randomly ticketing people and then refusing to waive payment.

It is a carpark. It is not owned by Wilson (extreme rip off) parking so the prices aren't too high.
