Never got a reply from the phone call from the receptionist.Very poor service.It happenend twice.

In all honesty the wait times are sht!!
There's only 1 doctor, 1 nurse and 1 receptionist.
This is why they accept walk ins mainly.

On a good note, you will be seen same day. You'll just have to wait a long while.

All round, nice staff but ridiculous wait times.

Booked online for Covid19 vaccine booster shot and when I showed up for my appointment I was told "we don't have nurse". They said they can only inform when people show up for their appointment. What a joke!

I was experiencing bad crampings with my first pregnancy, I had called the hospital they just told me to go to my doctor so he can do a check up and possibly get a referral for a scan since I wasnt bleeding at all. So I came to glendene east tamaki healthcare. I told the doctor my situation and told him the hospital told me to get a scan referral from him, he just told me I will end up crying and disappointed? (No idea why he felt the need to tell me that) I told him I have no idea if the baby is even alright and would just like to know and want a referral for a scan and then he started telling me about his wife and how she had cramping pains for one of her pregnancy and no pain for the next? Not ince did he do any check ups on me and he was very hesitant to give me a referral. This is my FIRST pregnancy I have not yet had a scan at all so I was worried that something had gone wrong. Never coming here again. Please no one else waste there time, go somewhere where you a treated more better.

Transfered from New Lynn Doctors because this was just up the road. Bad move, the waiting times with no one or very few people around is the worst ever. I've been 3 times when it opens at 8am... all 3 times doctor arrives 20min to 30min late....right now as I write this it is 8:27 and still no doctor!!...correction he just arrived. Now the real waiting begins. :(....will transfer back for sure.

Very disappointing! Called in the morning regarding results and receptionist said nurse will call me back. Afternoon comes and still no call back so I called back again, again the receptionist said nurse will call back before 5pm (which is their closing time), it was now 4:50 and still no call so I called again and this time receptionist transferred me to the nurse who then said she couldn't opened the file and apparently has never happened before and that she would get the doctor to open it and then she'll call me back, then I said but you's close at 5? And she said yes but we don't leave till 5:30 and she reassured me that she will call back before 5:30 till now I have not received a call! Really disappointed and I will not be coming back here again.

The manager of this Glendene healthcare needs to listen to the clients complaints and also read these reviews.The receptionist at the time was not honest and said on 2 occasions that I will be helped next.I waited for 2 hours and then doctor went on lunch. I had very disappointing experiences so far here. People suffering from chronic deceases please go somewhere else if you can for better service.My feedback was given to both the doctor and the manager.
