Santa Fe was our favorite a la carte, would recommend any of the beef options as the NY strip, the ribeye and the tenderloin were all exceptional. I would say that they did need a bit of salt for my taste which is easy enough to fix. The caesar dressing on the salad bar was fantastic.

Best restaurant at the resort complex! The food was delicious and Carlos and Miguel provided excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!
The food was excellent!! Probably the best a la carte at the Barcelo, me and my husband aren’t really big on meat but really wanted to try, I had the rib-eye (that was advised by our lovely waiter Carlos) and he had the beef kebab. The meat was tender, flavorful and very juicy, it really surprised me! I would like to say a special thank you to Miguel also who gave us an excellent service, made us discover a new favorite drink and overall made our experience much mich greater! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here
They know how to cook meat! So tender, so full of flavor. The beef consomme is delicious & and perfect to pour over your steak. The condiments for your potato are really delicious too. I'm very picky when it comes to desserts so I wasn't a fan of my dessert but that's okay that's what the buffet dessert is for LOL
The only thing that I would change about this restaurant is I wish that they had a little bit more to their salad bar as the selection is quite Limited. But oh my God pickles are amazing too

My favourite restaurant during our stay at the Colonial. Food we good, service was fantastic and drinks were great.
Excellent steak cooked to your liking. Really enjoyed the shared appetizer and dessert. Very good fora resort restaurant. 👍👍
Nice atmosphere, excellent service, opinions on the food was "divided". The tenderloin was liked by some in our group, found dry by others. The short rib was not as expected - too big & overcooked. The salmon was perfectly cooked: crispy skin, fresh, flaky, rosy meat.
