Best Christmas cookies!
One of the apartments in this building just turned up on Craigslist. Thought that was odd. It seems to be a condo or a co-op but why would someone be renting that way? Odd. (not passing judgment).
The doormen are all very nice and helpful. The entrance is on 101st Street. There's usually a nice breeze coming from the park. Getting a cab from here requires either walking up the hill to West End or getting lucky.
