it is good place for people living in the near area .
لقد تمت سرقة سكوتر كهربائيه 🛴 عالى باب منزلي وعندما راجعت الكميرات طلعت الكميرة معطلة ولم يتم ارجاع سكوتري والمكتب لم يهتم للموضوع ولم يهتم لموضوع السرقة
Nice building at the corner of New Al Tawaan road, Safeer Mall is close by and also Al Madina is next door, the building has good view and good balcony and nice apartments.

A good apartment building to live in around Al Taawun.
Pros.
1. The main manager is excellent. Very professional with efficient services to move in and out. Had a smooth moving out with no hassle with this guy.
2. Corridors and garbage rooms are cleaned regularly.
3. Fast elevators.
Cons.
1. Thin walls, poor seals around windows.
2. Parking areas can be an issue if you are on the upper floor parking. The excessive speed bumps is bad for the car. Try to get a spot in the lower floors.
3. Surrounding area is not very good. Construction on going and many sandy areas around (this is the case around Al Taawun).
4. Maintenance can be a bit slow.
