Staff are always super friendly and service is wonderfully efficient. Their fries are delicious and crispy. Only thing they should do is add some drinks on the menu. Like a Cookies and Cream milkshake. Oh, how a cookies and cream milkshake sounds so delightful… a refreshing, creamy shake to go with your delectable fries and burger would be a dream come true. Absolutely mouthwatering. Thanks always Velvet Burger !! G.O.A.T
Even after the NZ vs England test match, the food and service here was still amazing despite how busy it was! Burgers and buns were both very fresh and tasted great just for an easy bite. Staff were very friendly and only a 10 minute or so wait during (maybe) one of the busiest nights of the year.
外帶餐點BIG BRO回飯店享用，份量十足可以讓兩位成人吃很飽。但漢堡中的肉有點太乾、有點煎過熟了。
負責點餐的工作人員態度和善，但同時也負責牛肉的煎熟，有點納悶。店員也太過忙碌～
