Best pizza in town, friendly staff, good atmosphere 🍕

Maybe the best slice I’ve had in Europe. Walnuts and gorgonzola? Inspired!

I had an incredible dining experience at Bye Bye Cavaliere in Berlin. The pizza was exceptional, with a thin, crispy crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the cozy ambiance added to the overall charm. Prices were reasonable, making it a fantastic value. I can't wait to return to Bye Bye Cavaliere for more delicious pizza!

The people working there are super friendly and are doing a great job, don’t get me wrong, but obviously the bosses’ hiring tactics are discriminatory. Me and my boyfriend applied there because apparently “they are always searching“ (i wonder why) but only my boyfriend got offered an interview. When he asked why the boss (Sari) told him that this job is not possible for women. This person has never even seen me but decided to use discrimination and unbased assumptions in order to “save time and money”. I find this behaviour unacceptable and will never go back there. I’m very disappointed in them because I genuinely liked the place and was sure I’d be a good fit.

Since its opening in 2014, the taste and quality of the pizza slices have remained constant.

The pizza slices have a thin, crisp crust, flavorful sauce that's well-balanced, and good-quality cheese that's creamy and not rubbery.

The crust has a good coloration—a golden-brown to dark-brown hue meaning the dough was likely fermented properly, which equals good flavor.

The toppings are varied, vegetarian and vegan included, and well-cooked and it's all served piping hot.

I have a lot of respect and appreciation for this small family business and I highly recommend the food served here.
