We looked at the wine list in the web before we went to the restaurant and the red Shiraz was 29 euros. At the restaurant the QR was 40 euros.
We called the manager, showed him and asked to explain. He was so rude, he told us that he does not manage google or the web. He did not care. I asked for a complaint form and he said that he had no time for complaints and refused to give me a form.
I could not believe that behavior.
We could have leave, in fact we should have, but decided to stay for respect because we had ordered the food already.
We had two bottles of wine during our dinner at the end.
This complaint is not about the money but about the lack of professionalism and the way we were treated by this man. Unbelievable, of course he was not Dutch 👎

I’ve had the pleasure of ordering a number of different dishes, seafood, meat and vegetarian and all of them were brilliantly prepared, presented and flavourful. With each bite you can taste the fusion of flavors bursting and dancing on your taste buds.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Awesome food, great service and a cool environment. Don't be fooled by the outside. You'd almost think that you were entering an office, but once you step inside, you are greeted by the modern and cozy restaurant vibe of Masami. Great food. Highly recommended. Sorry... I can only show the empty plates...

Lecker, schönes Ambiente , tolle zentrale Lage, kleine teure Portionen aber das Geld wert. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ziemlich laut. Ich hatte ein Saté was richtig lecker war. KLare Empfehlung.
