We visited you around the 25th of June 2024.
First time visiting.
The service was great!
We had troubles ordering from the digital menu but the waitress helped us without hesitation and took the order directly via her I-pad instead. Also offered us the discount that had just expired since it was past 6pm and we were not technical enough to have ordered before it expired. Very much appreciated! 🙏😘
Waitress was SUPER helpful, happy and friendly and was very service minded and didn’t show at all if she thought we were being annoying with all our questions and technical issues. 😂
Very original interior, we dined under the pink cherry tree. 🌸 lovely experience with the lowered seating below floor level.
Special experience in “star galaxy” WC. (Bring your phone if you need to see anything when visiting this WC with very special lighting).
Will visit again.
Really recommend!
Oh and also the food was great. We ordered several smaller dishes and shared.

Disappointed! We ordered the spicy shrimp tempura and were served something that wasn't in anyway a tempura batter it was coconut coated shrimp bites!! It was absolutely ridiculous! However we didn't want to complain and cause a scene since we felt it wasn't going to be worth it anyway because even the soup that we ordered, was cold! We felt There is a lot of hype for this restaurant but from personal experience we thought that the food was quite average! The service was ok... it was close to nothing actually everything just kept piling on the table..I don't think we are ever going back there again! Oh and everyone else drinks came on dry ice ours just came as is...They probably thought we were not worth the fancy stuff

Edit: I got a response from them on here asking me to write an email to them further to this post which I did a week ago and sadly there is no response or acknowledgement yet!

Amazing atmosphere here in Zushi. The place has its own “asian night”. I ordered sushi which was delicious unfortunately did nor have enough space for any dessert.
