Very good experience!!

I went to the Venezuelan Embassy in Mexico City on Dec. 5th, 2023, for my appointment to renew my passport. They said it will take about 1 1/2 to 2 months to receive my new passport. Today it is March 20, 2023 (more than 3 months) and I haven't received my new passport. The DHL envelope that I was asked to buy for them to send the passport to my US address expired couple of days ago. Does this mean the embassy never use the envelope? did they actually process the new passport? Where is my new passport? How do I contact them? I don't live in Mexico. I have been calling all 10 phone numbers I found on the internet, and nobody answers. I can't afford to pay for another trip to Mexico (Airfare tickets, Hotel, Food, Uber, embassy fees etc...) What should I do? this is sooooo frustrating.

I went to the passport interview last December 10, 2023. Still waiting for the Venezuelan passport. The interview process was excellent.
