Excellent Hotel and Location. Stayed the period 16 August to 20August I was very impressed with Salauddin and Mr Yousaf khan from Housekeeping on the 09 Floor. He did everything to keep us happy. Never hesitated to replace a shampoo/soap/tissue, etc.
He was always smiling and pleasant.

I'm happy to stay in this hotel and my room cleaning is very excellent. Housekeeping team doing great job. Best of luck all team. I'm in 9th floor my room no. Is 921. Thank you Salahuddin and Mr. Yousuf khan

Jasmin Cafe was delicious. Mohamed was very thankful and good with his service. Would recommend getting the pavlova!

Absolutely fantastic. Service food and hospitality is on another level. Highly recommend the jasmine cage for desserts an d food. Delicious! Mohamed Ahmed is an excellent host with ghulam the managers.

My food and service review :
1. The east menu really fit the taste, not too much spicy, nor less spicy. But the varian is less than i expected.
2. The service is best, always catching the customer needs.
3. Overall best 👍

I’m coming for umrah with my family and stay in Makkah Hotel. I’m happy and satisfied with the housekeeping team specially there service is very excellent also staff behaviour is good. Thank you for cleaning my room Muhammad Salim and Mr. Hasan. My room no is 2606
