Extremely good staff. My German is not that good so they explained me in English without complaining. Meeting started on time and finished with successful results. Loved the total experience. It was so good.

The person who attended to me was thorough in the appointment she showed remarkable customer service skills that made me understand clearly and was able to complete the opening of my account easily .
As a English speaker I was hesitant to open an account in a bank that offers little English speakers and when I heard that Deutsch bank has English operators thru phone and the bank I was totally happy and it made me feel extremely comfortable.
My attendant at the bank was Mrs Corinna Breuers she is remarkable and very professional at her job.
