I am highly disappointed with the service I received from your hotel. We drove over 18 hours to come to Auckland for my birthday and to stay at your hotel and then to be told that you want to charge over a grand to stay when I had spoken to a lady 2 weeks before confirming a price and then you change the price, I also asked her on the phone if I was able to pay cash and she said I was allowed to pay cash and then the lady who was at the desk said that I wasn’t allowed to pay cash and to go to a eftpos machine. The lady that I spoke to was very rude and was not helpful at all. I will not be staying here again.

Clean, spacious room with a spa bath and balcony over looking Myers park. Good amenities pool and spa pool. If I come back to Auckland I will definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I had booked a multi-night stay but had to cut my trip short due to an emergency. My son had an accident, and I had to urgently return to Australia from New Zealand.

When I informed the on-site manager, of the situation, he assured me in person that I would receive a refund for the remaining nights. Trusting his word, I left the country. However, once I was back in Australia, I was shocked to find that he had changed his mind and refused to refund the money as promised.

This kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable. It's one thing to face an unfortunate situation, but to have the hotel add to the stress by reneging on their word is beyond frustrating. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious and not rely on verbal promises made by the management at this hotel.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend booking at this hotel as they will steal your money and give you broken promises. I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointing experience I had.

A convenient location in Auckland CBD, 2 minutes walk to a few of restaurants with different style food. The accommodation itself is safe with the access card to go inside the lift. Bed is comfortable and large. It has cooktops, fridge and washing machine. Very friendly staff with 24 hours staff on site. Breakfast is available downstairs.

Good Hotel, room was well-sized, very helpful having a washing machine/dryer to use. Pool and hot tub were great as well. Staff were excellent. Awesome views over Auckland!

Had a bit of a mixup with the reservation, but the staff were super helpful and gave us a night of free parking as for the inconvenience. Great location and nice clean room. Bed was a little hard.
Some of the people living in Kainga Ora residences across the road from the hotel were very rowdy and were out on the street drinking and yelling all through the night. Some seemed pretty drunk and aggressive, so I was glad you needed your room key to get into the hotel and the parking garage.
