I had a very bad experience as Staff is Rude, unhelpful and do not treat the customers properly.

I have been shopping at Brooks since last 7 years. I never had such a bad experience in my life with the staff of any other outlet like I had with Elante's Brooks outlet . They are arrogant and not helping at all. They dont treat you like customers and they are judgy even when you step into their premises.They decide in their own eyes whether the person will buy or not buy. I was hoping to bit for my winters collection but only came back buying just one shirt from there. Never going back again.
