Forum Nexus mall is located in vadapalani. Decent sized mall with most of the top brands including West side shoppers stop lifestyle ect. This mall is a complete package best for family and kids offers good shopping and entertainment elements under one roof.
The mall has kids play area fun world. Food court that offers a variety of choices. My favourite is PVR Palazzo cinema theatre 🎭 with a very beautiful intor. The mall has good parking facilities. Commuting is made convenient as it has a metro station with in 2-3 mins walk.

Went to the Food Court on 3rd floor. Seating chairs are inconvenient, if i lean back i could fall down. Food is very expensive, a coffee cost Rs 50 and a plate of french fries Rs 150. Still security ask us to vacate if we have finished.

Huge collections of shop is there. All essential and most luxury items are available here. Parking facility and restrool is also available. Located at center of the city. Proximity to vadapalani metro station is added advantage. Spark and decathlon are highlights of this mall. In Palazzo Imax is available.

Having visited the mall a year ago, I was disheartened to witness a significant decline in its overall cleanliness and maintenance.

The restroom situation is particularly alarming. The overpowering odor makes it easy to locate the facilities without relying on the sign boards. Additionally, the handwash provided is of substandard quality, leaving an undesirable residue that lingers even after leaving the mall.

The food courts, too, appear to be poorly maintained, and the layout of stairs on both sides of each floor poses difficulties for elderly individuals navigating the space.

I kindly request the authorities to address these issues promptly. Specifically, attention should be given to improving the restroom conditions, including the choice of handwash used. A cleaner and more accessible environment, especially for older patrons, would greatly enhance the overall mall experience.

I trust that swift action will be taken to restore the mall to its previous standards.

I recently had a disheartening experience while shopping at several clothing stores on the Sale. It appears that a disturbing trend of malpractice is on the rise, where establishments engage in the unethical practice of replacing price tags with inflated prices just before customers reach the billing counter.

This deceptive maneuver leaves shoppers unsuspecting and ultimately paying much more than they intended for their chosen items. What's more concerning is that these stores also implement a policy that prohibits customers from carrying bags containing their selected goods, making it difficult for patrons to cross-check the prices or catch these underhanded tactics.

As a conscientious consumer, it is disconcerting to encounter such dishonest practices within the confines of a supposedly reputable shopping environment. It is my hope that mall management takes swift action to address and rectify these issues, ensuring that shoppers can enjoy a fair and transparent shopping experience.
