Very shady and dirty. May be good for cost effective office spaces. But very low in energy

Sasa chillout's chicken shawarma and other snacks item like chicken bhuna pav, chicken kebab pav are too good

Not an updated and modern shopping mall. Inside the premises the looks are pale and dull. Don't have many shops and in front of that building 2wheeler parking for scooter and bikes.

The only reason to be at this place is because of the cheap prices of the restaurants. The worst part of this place are the loos, absolutely disgusting. Notable places- La Pinos, Pragathi, Sasa, 711, One Above
