Lousy service totally inflexible and do not understand English well. Apart from the location being close to Disneyland there is no reason why you should come. Rooms are dated but clean. Better experiences to choose from than this.

All toiletries are supplied, including his/hers pj's & slippers. I even received an extra bag of pampering supplies. Service is wonderful, they held our suitcases until we could check in and already delivered them to our room before we returned. Location is great, close to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. They have the cutest Mickey shuttle that takes you to Mahaima Station where you can then walk to Tokyo Disneyland.

It's really unfortunate because the room was beautiful the beds were great!!! BUT, for such a high-priced room, you would expect that things like parking, pool would be included. We paid with tax around ¥50,000 per night for a family of 4 with breakfast/dinner included. They wanted another almost ¥20,000 (¥4,000) to use their indoor pool, another ¥3,000 for parking. Children aren't included in the breakfast/dinner add on for the room so another ¥15,000. Total rip off!!!!! Glad we don't have to pay extra for housekeeping or the sheets and towels! And they have to do something about the priority line. Boy, it was really irritating that I got there first and I am paying a lot of money for the room but the priority line people get seated first or served first even when they arrive after me. I understand that that is what priority means but I don't want to see it or be made to feel like that. I paid almost ¥50,000 a night!!! That's a lot of money!!!!! I think we'll choose other hotels that meet the meaning of hotel. Hotel amenities should be included for that price.

This hotel should be below 3.5 star. I booked this hotel because the Disney ones were full. Base on reviews and some online recommendations, i picked this hotel and i was confident that i made a good choice but I was wrong.

Facilities are next to none, no pool, no gym, and only have one restaurant.

The food (dinner) at the restaurant is eatable but not live up to any hotel standards. The rice is not cooked right, the Chicken and Egg rice bowl is worse than what i can prepare for myself. The kid curry rice is a joke, it is a bowl of curry with rice and two pieces of potato. They did that only because they know most customers have no choice.

Breakfast buffet is ok, arrangement of tables are smooth and fast.

The room is not small; however, the carpet is old, the wallpaper is old, the design is outdated, the linen is old.

People mentioned about the Disney shuttle bus, but it has nothing to do with this hotel. This is the so-called “Official hotel” thing.

The people at front desk were professional, the luggage arrangements were smooth and without much issue.

I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very comfortable to stay in. Staff are amazing and the rooms are very comfortable. We got our luggage shipped to the Disney Hotel and back after our Disney Vacation. This hotel is great for families who want to save more money on their Disney trip, but still get the location and Disney service.
