Prodavačka byla extrémně nepříjemná, hned co jsme s přítelem vešli do obchodu na nás blbě koukala. Poté co jsme vybírali tepláky nám hned řekla “už nejsou ve slevě”. Jako kdybychom na to neměli. Odešli jsme znechucený, nedoporučuji.

Had a pleasant experience checking out this store and this brand for the first time. Staff was super helpful getting me sizes and making sure I liked what I got!

Visited on 23/11/23. Store was very clean and well organized, but the saleswoman was very unpleasant. Seemed that she thought that I was stupid for every question that I asked, or thought that I couldn’t afford any of the products. She also started rushing me to make a hasty purchase after maybe 15 minutes. Did not feel welcome :(

Well I actually thinking about giving 2 stars at least for the brand, however after I see so many 1 stars with common comments for the rude shop assistants, I decide to go 1 star as well. I live in Prague and been there twice, last year I plan to buy their typical snow jacket and ready to pick and pay. However their terrible hospitality simply changed my mind, they use the tone of “you can’t afford it” and really impatient attitude, don’t know what makes them so arrogant and p in the a. And guess what today I visited again as I desperately need a winter hat, they showed me again this impatient and we don’t care attitude, I quickly grab something and left and decided to leave this comment. Please somebody see it and change the crew!

Good brand, terrible terrible customer service. No idea why owners won’t fire the sales ladies, when they are long term behaving like they hate customers . Just buy napajiri from official eshop

Worst customer service and horribly rude employees.
