It's a SCAM! Stay away!! They charged me for one hour even if I wanted to exit after 10 minutes...
The guy didn't gave me the receipt and was very aggressive!

Quite expensive and you do not get a receipt after you pay. The staff there at the barrier also tried to scam us by not returning the correct change amount. The guy spoke English until I told him that he had to return 50 more lei (gave a bill of 100 while we had parked for 2:30 hours = 25 lei). He returned a change of 25 lei in a very chaotic way and wished us a good day, however after checking,it turned out 50 lei were not returned. Got the proper change after arguing and a Romanian intervened so the staff guy could not escape with the " I don't speak English " excuse.

The guy is unfriendly and it is only payable by card, which is nowhere indicated when you enter the parking spot. 10 lei / hour

Doesn't accept cards and v expensive

SCAM! They said the ticket machine wasn't working and I stupidly still parked there. When I got back they tried to over charge me. And the ticket machine does actually work!
